Sigma Solutions is a Calgary-based consulting firm.  It is owned and operated by Sara Haynes, P.Eng. We specialize in the area of process improvement, using the breakthrough techniques of Six Sigma.  Our mission is to increase the productivity of our clients by providing technical engineering expertise on process performance, combined with the leadership capabilities to implement and get results in a timely fashion.  We seek to work with organizations for whom the benefits of Six Sigma were previously out of reach.  We assist companies from diverse industries, exposing them to the opportunities and benefits of this process improvement program.

We focus on providing value to our clients.  Our growth comes from our clients’ success.  Although we subscribe to the tools and techniques of Six Sigma, we don’t follow a standardized prescription for process improvement.  Each client will receive a tailor-made solution that works for them, based in sound engineering principles.
