AUDITING
Falling behind on your internal audits? We can help. Our consultants will travel to any location to conduct internal audits to ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015.
STEP 1: PREPARE
Our consultants will review your manuals and procedures, to make sure we are fully prepared for the audit. We will provide you with an audit plan and schedule, so you can make sure you have the right people available for the audit interviews.
STEP 2: CONDUCT AUDIT
The audit will begin with a brief opening meeting, led by our consultant. We'll review the audit schedule, make any last minute adjustments, and confirm that everyone understands the scope and purpose of the audit.
The audit is then conducted via interviews and document and record review. We will review objective evidence to confirm that your systems are implemented and functioning as you expect. Our auditors are trained in audit standard ISO 19011.
Once the audit is complete, any findings will be presented and discussed at the closing meeting, led by our consultant.
STEP 3: REPORT
We will provide you with an audit report in plain English that highlights your company's strengths, minor and major non-conformances, and opportunities for improvement.
