OUR SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION APPROACH

We use a three-phase approach to configuring, testing and implementing Quartz QMS within your company. This method ensures you start seeing results quickly, while ensuring minimal disruption to staff.  We provide a single point of contact to work with you through the start-up or transition process.

Phase 1: Design & Test

Quartz begins with a small, hands-on workshop with us and the subject-matter experts in your company.  In this session, we customize the software to your needs, and you learn how it works so you can do it for yourself.  Depending on the level of customization you'd like, this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

After your workflows are set up, you have a few weeks to try it out and make changes, with on-demand support for any questions, issues or concerns. 

Phase 2: Pilot

The pilot allows you to rollout the software to a larger group of people; for examples, within one department.  This allows you to build buy-in for the software by delivering value sooner.  Any issues or problems can be found and fixed quickly.  

 

After we provide training to your employees on the processes developed in Phase 1, you have a couple of months to try it out and make changes, with on-demand support for any questions, issues or concerns.

Decision Point:
Go or No-Go?

If you decide you don't like the software, or you can't proceed, for any reason, you can end your engagement with no additional costs.  It's up to you.

Phase 3: Roll-Out

Now you're ready for a full-scale implementation.  Any hiccups will have been worked out in phases 1 and 2, so you can look forward to a smooth rollout.  We can provide training to your employees on the processes developed in phases 1 and 2, or you can choose to have your staff provide training.  Super-users in your company can provide help and advice to new users, and of course we are available to answer any questions or concerns.
